Letting and managed service
Initial letting fee - (to include all advertising, accompanied viewings and compliance advice) £450 including VAT.
Management fee - 14% of the gross monthly rental income including VAT to manage the tenancy, collect rent and to inspect the property every three months.
Renewal fee - £54 including VAT for existing tenants.
Letting only/tenant find service
Fee - £540 including VAT (to include all advertising, accompanied viewings and compliance advice).
Up to four bedroom property - £120 including VAT.
Over four bedroom property - £160 including VAT.
